Neal Barlett is a native of Simi Valley, California and enjoys serving in the Carpinteria area through his legal practice. Neal received his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2009, and is currently a certified Estate Planning and Probate Law Specialist.

Jason Smith


Jason received his paralegal certificate from Oxnard College and now assists with estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters. Jason regularly attends CLEs and works closely with clients, helping them navigate the process with dedication and compassion.
